Wright’s bakery ingredients produce high quality bread and cake pre-mixes, powder concentrates and speciality flour blends. Our pre-mixes are made using our own flour milled from UK and Canadian wheat.  

Our new state of the art, 50,000 square foot purpose built site located at Delta Park Enfield focusses on the production of pre-mixes, powder concentrates and speciality blends supplying multiple retailers, in-store and artisan bakeries and industrial food manufacturers. Within the new site lies a test bake facility allowing our customers the resources to be able to work collaboratively with our in-house new product development team, on the creation of recipes that are specifically tailored to their requirements.
